Colette Mann
Colette has trained in dance since the age of three, singing since she was twelve and her mother would say she has been acting all her life. An original cast member of Godspell in 1971, she went on to direct 3 touring companies of that show and has appeared onstage in Guys and Dolls, Stepping Out, Catholic School Girls, On Our Selection, Gone with Hardy, Urinetown, Mum’s the word: Teenagers, Talking Heads, A Coupla White Chicks, She produced and starred in a national tour of I Do! I Do! And recently finished a two year run in Priscilla Queen of the desert :the Musical. On television Colette is best known for her role as Doreen in Prisoner. And she presently co-hosts Guide to the Good Life on Seven. She has been in 12 Australian films, worked for 10 years as a regular on 3AW and is known for her voice-over work.
Colette is also a teacher and a writer and is presently writing for The Melbourne Weekly, and teaches privately and at the VCA.
